I love Ice Yarns above all other brands of yarn. While shipping might seem high, when you consider the overall price (yarn plus shipping), its still so much cheaper than any decent quality yarn I can find anywhere else. Ice Yarns are so amazingly beautiful and well made. Nothing is more exciting than buying mixed lots and going through them, planning on projects that can be made with them. I knit a lot of hats and scarves for homeless and underprivileged people in my area and I love being able to make nice ones using Ice Yarns, and not having to buy walmart yarn. Keep doing what you do, you are an amazing company and I love you!

I got my (huge) shipment in the US sooo fast. Even with the hefty shipping, I felt like I still got a bargain. I love that the items come in lots. Additionally I was pleasantly SHOCKED at how true to life the colors of the yarn were. Out of the 20+ yarns I ordered, there were only two that the color was slightly different than pictured, which is incredibly impressive. I dont know of any brick and mortar stores in the US that sell ice yarn at least around me, so it was really risky to order as much as I did. But everything I read encouraged me, so I went for it. I also had a little concern that my address was not input correctly and they replied to my email about it very fast. Thank you again, Ally

The shipping was very fast, the items were packaged very well, and I had no complications. I do wish that there were more examples of what the yarn looks like worked up, otherwise it is good.

Your company has the most beautiful yarns Ive ever seen and I can sit for hours just browsing through your collections. Whoever named your company chose well as I always say to my friends Im away to Yarn Paradise to unwind and what a great place it is. Your yarns are always admired by my friends at my knitting club as we dont have access to the choice or quality of any off your yarns anywhere unless you go online but Ive found my Yarn Paradise and I dont plan going anywhere else. You have a fabulous company and an amazing team that do you proud Many thanks Lorraine
