Love shopping with you. Cant beat your yarn prices, selection or your delivery time. Wish shipping costs were lower but I can live with it considering the speed at which you ship. I will shop with you again. Thank you.

Shipping prices are ridiculous. Customs held my package so it did not arrive until 4 days after expected date.

I gave you three stars for reply time to your inquiries because I had no inquiries. Your website is very easy to navigate through. My yarn arrived today and i was so excited to get my package. The yarn is beautiful, just like in the pictures! I will be making some shawls and scarves. I am very happy with my purchase. The time it took for delivery was just like you said it would be, considering a weekend happened and also a holiday, Labor Day, my order still arrived on time. Thank you so much and I look forward to my next purchase!
