Paketi teslim alan kocam, ürünün Türkiye’den buraya kadar gönderildiğine ve sipariş verdikten hemen ertesi gün elime ulaştığına inanamadı. İnanılmaz! İplik çok güzel ve fiyatı da harika.

My husband, who signed for the package, could not believe that it was shipped all the way from Turkey and arrived the day after I ordered. Amazing! The yarn is very nice and the price is great.

Jeri Roton Belleville, WV

A truly great yarn company. The quality of your yarn cannot be outdone and the variety of fiber content and colors are outstanding. I have purchased yarn in the past and purchased again recently. Ice Yarns will continue to be my yarn store. I am in the USA and my order usually gets to me in one week. That is super fast and truly appreciated. Ice Yarns is the best. Jeri Roton Belleville, WV

Verdiğim her siparişte müşteri hizmetleri mükemmeldi.

Customer service has been excellent with every order Ive placed. It amazes me that you can get a package of yarn from Turkey to my doorstep in a week - most purchases from Amazon and Ebay dont make it within this time frame and have much shorter distance and no border crossings. Keep up the good work! (not to mention that I love the yarns you make)

Im so far absolutely thrilled with the products, both in terms of quality and colours, price, and the quantity received in the packs. The price of shipping was at first a bit daunting, but when you receive the items and see for yourself what you get out of your money, its more than fair. My experience with UPS was not entirely pleasant, but unrelated to the services provided by your company, and in the end all my items arrived undamaged and in one lot. I cant wait to use this site again (once I carve through some of the yarn I already bought, of course) Thankyou for a rewarding online experience!

I was surprised and amazed when my shipment arrived today, December 26th! I did not have any idea it would arrive for another couple of weeks!! Thank you so much. All of the yarn that I received is beautiful and I am having a hard time trying to decide where to start. I look forward to my other orders as well. It is a real pleasure to do business with you.
