OrijinalThis was a record. I have ordered several times, because i love your yarn, but today i was blown away. Did the order yesterday noon and the yarn was at my door in Finland today at 12.15 pm, so less than 24 hours I,m so happy.7/1/2020 · Kristal Nane Yeşil

Tekrar teşekkürler, AllyOrijinalI got my (huge) shipment in the US sooo fast. Even with the hefty shipping, I felt like I still got a bargain. I love that the items come in lots. Additionally I was pleasantly SHOCKED at how true to life the colors of the yarn were. Out of the 20+ yarns I ordered, there were only two that the color was slightly different than pictured, which is incredibly impressive. I dont know of any brick and mortar stores in the US that sell ice yarn at least around me, so it was really risky to order as much as I did. But everything I read encouraged me, so I went for it. I also had a little concern that my address was not input correctly and they replied to my email about it very fast. Thank you again, Ally5/28/2020 · Kristal Gül Kurusu

OrijinalVery good service, decent price for products and shipping. Some yarns are great quality others are just OK. Easy to do business with. If you can have sample catalog for a limited number of items would be nice to include with the purchase. thank you for the yarn4/10/2018 · Kristal Olive Green

OrijinalI like the website and its content, easy to navigate and to find what you really need. The sale items are the best value I could find elsewhere. The delivery with UPS was very quick - great service! My suggestion will be the more you buy (weight) - the less you pay for delivery, it will encourage your customers to buy more items!1/6/2017 · Kristal Grey

TÜM SAYGIMLA Eva HERLO.OrijinalYour products are very-very good, prices -except shipping- are 'hard to believe', your customer service is exceptional, and your services.....to order from USA Sunday afternoon, and to receive Wednesday morning (after 2 days) is HARD to believe, but...that's how 'Ice Yarn' works; KEEP UP your WONDERFUL services.
