I was so pleased with the variety of yarns available in so many colors and textures. I understand the shipping charges but feel the products received are worth the bit of extra over local shopping. I am retired and with no vehicle so ordering everything for delivery is perfect for me. I have already made 3 orders and will order more yarns in the future. I am now stocked for planned winter projects. Thanks so much - so glad I caught her review!

We live in Portugal and was amazed at the speed of delivery. We used to live in the UK and I have ordered from you before through ebay. Portugal does not have ebay so ordered directly from your website. Delivery was 3 days (excluding weekend) absolutely brilliant. Thank you very much. Will surely order from you again.

The package tracking was not updated after it left Turkey. I was kept in anticipation, but I am okay with that short time. It took a week (shipped out on Monday, delivered to the address the following Monday) to get the product. I find that acceptable. I love Ice Yarns and will order again.

I LOVE this site although it seems like you have raised your prices, and I understand but I am on a limited income and can only order periodically now. The items I order are in pristine condition and I buy from you more than other sites. Thank You Kelly Cofield

You probably have your reasons why you don?t sell balls of yarn individually but I find it inconvenient having to buy ten balls of one color, when I just need one or two. Maybe you could offer packs with not just one color but one pack with one ball of each color, I don?t know if I explained what I want correctly. Also, I was very surprised at how fast you delivered. I had ordered on the 30th of January, today is 1st of February and the package already arrived. Thank you very much. I will recommend you to all the people I know. :-) Kind regards, Antje Einenkel
